Werlcome to Timberlake

Welcome to  the Timberlake Community.    We are located along the parkway in Fayette County, Georgia – A short drive south of Atlanta.

We are a community of 180 homes  and are guided by a Homeowners Association that organizes community events and takes care of all our amenities and common lands.

The Timberlake Community is connected to over 100 miles of asphalt paved cartpaths connecting pedestrians, bicyclist and golf carts from neighboring subdivisions and Peachtree City.  

The residents of the Timberlake Community enjoy the use of the community's:  two tennis courts,  pickle-ball courts,  Olympic size swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court,  a picnic area with tables and BBQ pits, and a large 23 acre  picturesque lake with covered picnic gazebo, boat racks, and dock. 

The Timberlake Swim Team (The Torpedoes) is open to all residents.

The Lake - Catch & Release

The lake has been stocked with Triploid Grass Carp to assist in the control of unwanted vegetation  ... please promote "green conservation" and practice "Catch & Release" with all fish caught.
